Liquid assets of USD 1,000,000+ AND annual income of USD 80,000+ (past 2 years) OR USD 500,000+ invested in Thai government bonds, Thai real estate, or a BOI-promoted company. For high-net-worth individuals.
Annual passive income of USD 80,000+ from abroad (pension, dividends, rental income). OR USD 40,000+ annually combined with a USD 250,000 investment in Thailand. Must be aged 50 or over.
Employed by an overseas company with annual income of USD 80,000+ for the past 2 years. OR USD 40,000+ with 5 years' work experience plus a Master's degree or IP ownership. Employing company must have been operating for 3+ years.

All LTR Visa categories require health insurance with a minimum coverage of USD 50,000 per policy period. Pacific Cross, Cigna Global and AXA International all meet this requirement.
